Adalet XIFC 061206 N4 - Adalet's Explosionproof Internally Flanged Control Enclosures feature a one-piece, NEMA 4 watertight gasket, premium high-strength steel cover bolts, internal/external grounding provisions, and cast-on mounting feet. The enclosures are made from proprietary 359 aluminum alloy with less than 0.3% copper and undergo tumblast surface preparation for a uniform, natural aluminum finish. Design options include blind-tapped holes, sub-panels in galvanized steel or aluminum, non-removable piano hinges, custom drilling and tapping, installation of operators and auxiliary devices, custom machining, wiring of internal terminal blocks and control components, UL Listed NNNY control panels, cast-on logos, multiple coating options for corrosion resistance, and special mounting provisions. The standard materials used include zinc-plated and coated steel metric cover bolts, nitrile O-rings, and sub-panels in #12 gauge galvanized steel or #10 gauge aluminum.
